Pitches and facilities
A simple, well-kept campsite on grass, with the mountains on one side and the fjord on the other. Here is what you will find, and what you will not, so you can plan your stay.
Pitches
- Grass pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes; you choose your own spot on arrival.
- Electricity hook-ups on many pitches (120 NOK per night). Bring a CEE (blue) plug adapter.
- Motorcycles and bicycles with tents have their own lower price.
Sanitary building
- 18 showers with hot water, included in the price. The water is heated with green energy.
- Separate toilets for men and women.
- Laundry room with washing machines and a dryer.
- Dish-washing room and chemical toilet disposal.
Reception building
- Reception. Opening hours are posted at the entrance.
- Restaurant and souvenir shop, open in high season.
- Free Wi-Fi across the campsite.
Good to know
- There is no communal kitchen. There are uncovered grill posts on the site; bring a camping stove for your own cooking.
- No cabins. If you need a roof, Jørpeland is five minutes away.
- Pets are welcome, free of charge, on a leash.
- Jørpeland has supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafés and a petrol station.
